When the ball valve in the safety valve and the plunger cavity where the safety valve spring is located increase to the specified maximum pressure in the oil outlet hole, the small steel ball in the safety valve will overcome the tension of the spring in the safety valve and compress the spring to move backward. (Path: Part of the high-pressure oil in the oil outlet flows through the pump outlet to the small hole on the pump valve screw, to the throttle hole on the pump control valve body, to the steel ball in the jacking safety valve, to the inner cavity of the safety valve, and then flows into the pump overflow hole (C). At this time, the pressure at the bottom of the pump control valve momentarily decreases, causing the balance pressure previously established by the throttle hole at the front and rear ends of the pump control valve to be broken, and the slide valve plunger is momentarily pushed to the bottom end of the valve cavity, Connect the oil outlet hole to the oil inlet chamber completely, and at this time, the pump will not deliver oil outwards, and the oil will circulate inside the pump. At this time, the normal hissing sound of the pump at this position for pressure relief can be heard.

MAINTENANCE TIPS
