Fault symptom: frequently add steering oil, and there is oil stain at each joint of the steering oil pump, and there is oil stain at the oil cup.
Inspection and analysis: Check the steering oil level to determine whether the steering oil is added too much. When the oil level is lower than the specified value, the steering oil should be replenished in a timely manner, and the oil should not exceed the oil level mark on the oil cup cover or the highest indicator mark on the oil cup. Check whether the oil pipes and pipe joints in the system are loose, and whether there are cracks and other faults in the pipes.
Solution: Clean the exterior of the oil pump, oil cup, oil pipe, or related connections to determine whether there is an oil leak or excessive filling. If there is too much or too little filling, it should be corrected. If there is leakage, replace the corresponding components and tighten them to the specified torque. If the pump body or oil cup leaks oil, replace it with a new Power Steering Pump.

Steering gear booster pump is too noisy.

The cause of the failure: the air enters, the safety valve is damaged and loses its function, or the pressure is adjusted too high, and the oil suction resistance is too large.

Remedy:

1. Check the tightness of the joint to prevent air from entering.

2. Overhaul the safety valve.

3. Replace the oil inlet pipe.

4. Disassemble and inspect the booster pump.
