Selection of oil pump structure:

Currently, there are three main types of oil pump structures commonly used in electric oil pumps: external Gear Pump, internal gear pump, and vane pump. The structure and performance characteristics of the three types of oil pumps are different: external gear pumps have high output pressure, volumetric efficiency, and anti pollution capabilities, but they are noisy and costly; The volumetric efficiency and output pressure of the internal gear pump are slightly lower, but the cost is low and the noise is small; Vane pumps have minimal noise, high volumetric efficiency, but high cost, and poor anti pollution capabilities. Designers can select appropriate oil pump structures based on design requirements.
