DARE AUTO is a leading manufacturer of automatic transmission electronic oil pump (EOP) headquartered in northeast of China, and its products are widely used by automotive and transmission OEMs. DARE AUTO is able to design all the electronic oil pump components with its own global engineering team, including oil pump, brushless DC motor, electronic controller unit and software. To ensure the robustness of the design, DARE can simulate the effectiveness of different proposal and verify the performance and durability by series of tests. The electronic oil pump, driven by a motor, can operate according to instructions from electric controller unit and supply oil as needed, achieving a reduction in energy consumption.

About automatic transmission:
The so-called 6AT, 8AT, and 9AT refer to the number of gears in a hydromechanical transmission (AT transmission), 6AT refers to six forward gears in the transmission, 8AT refers to eight forward gears in the transmission, and 9AT refers to nine forward gears in the transmission. Their basic structure and working principle are the same. The difference is that the number of internal gear sets is different. The more gears there are, the more gear sets there are, and more different transmission ratios can be combined.
As the main function of the transmission is to distribute the power of the engine, the more gears, the more refined the power distribution of the engine, making the engine speed, transmission gear, and vehicle speed more coordinated. For example, for a certain model, the optimal operating range of the engine it carries is between 1500 and 3000 rpm. When the car is cruising at a speed of 100 km/h, if it is a 6AT transmission, the engine speed may be 2500 rpm; If it is an 8AT transmission, the engine speed may be 2100 rpm; With a 9AT transmission, the engine speed may only be 1800 rpm. Although they are all within the optimal operating range, it is clear that the lower the rotational speed, the more fuel efficient it is, and within this range, the power is sufficient. In fact, the power of models using 6AT transmissions is surplus, and some of it is wasted.
