he water pump is an important component of the automotive engine cooling system, and its main function is to drive the circulation of the coolant, absorb excess heat from the engine, and transmit it to the external air through a heat dissipation device to avoid excessive engine temperature. High engine temperature can reduce the lubricating capacity of the engine oil, leading to increased wear of the components. High temperatures to a certain value can lead to serious faults such as engine cylinder pulling or tile burning, ultimately leading to engine burnout and scrapping.

The ECU (electronic control unit) adjusts the duty ratio through PWM (pulse width modulation) based on feedback signals such as water temperature, and transmits the signal to the controller inside the electronic water pump. The controller controls the rotation of the motor based on the duty ratio, thereby driving the impeller rotor to rotate, thereby achieving coolant circulation.
