Automotive Electronic Water Pump
The automotive electronic water pump, as the name implies, is a water pump with an electronically controlled drive unit used in automobiles.
The automotive electronic water pump is mainly composed of three parts: an overcurrent unit, a motor unit, and an electronic control unit. Due to the electronic control unit, it is possible to adjust the working state of the water pump at will, such as controlling the start/stop of the water pump, flow control, pressure control, dry running protection, self maintenance, and other functions. The working state of the water pump can be controlled through external signals.
Critical parametersPart Name Electric Water Pump Function Cooling DARE PN EWP - 50w Application Battery pack Flow Rate 35L/min max. Pressure 87kPa Voltage 12v & 24v Temperature 40~125℃ Weight <520g Structure of pump Closed centrifugal pump Type of motor BLDC Control mode PWM & LIN The function of the automotive electronic water pump is to forcibly cool the engine oil at the turbine shaft after the engine shuts down. Electronic water pumps combine the advantages of self priming pumps and chemical pumps, using a variety of corrosion resistant imported materials to synthesize acid, alkali, and corrosion resistant properties; The self priming speed is extremely fast (about 1 second), the suction force is strong, and the suction lift is up to 5 meters, basically without noise. Exquisite workmanship, not only has the self priming function, but also has a large flow rate (up to 25 liters/minute), high pressure (up to 2.7 kilograms), stable performance, and convenient installation.
The working principle of the electronic water pump is as follows:
1. The circular motion of the motor causes the diaphragm inside the water pump to reciprocate through a mechanical device to compress and stretch the air in the pump chamber (fixed volume);
2. Under the action of a one-way valve, a positive pressure is formed at the outlet (the actual output pressure is related to the assistance received by the pump outlet and the characteristics of the pump);
3. A vacuum is formed at the water inlet to create a pressure difference with the outside atmospheric pressure. Under the action of a pressure difference, the water pressure is introduced into the water inlet and then discharged from the water outlet;
4. Under the action of kinetic energy transmitted by the motor, water is continuously sucked in and discharged to form a relatively stable flow rate.
