Poor alignment of steering wheel:

2. Fault cause. 3. Fault diagnosis.
(a) Perform an exhaust operation on the hydraulic system, and add sufficient steering fluid as required after the exhaust.
(b) Check the ball joint pins at each connection of the steering transmission mechanism. If they are too tight, it indicates that the cause of the fault is here. Adjust them to ensure their smooth movement; If normal, proceed to the next step of testing.
(c) Check the rotation of the steering gear rack mechanism at the wheel alignment position and other positions of the wheel. If the rotational torque is too large, the cause of the fault is here. Check the rack bending and the adjustment of the rack top block; If normal, proceed to the next step of testing.
(d) Check whether the steering control valve is jammed and has a poor valve in alignment; If normal, proceed to the next step of testing.
If necessary, adjust the clamping force of the rack top block or replace the steering gear rack machine. If the problem exists, the cause of the fault is here, and the steering control should be replaced
(e) Disassemble and inspect the power cylinder and replace the damaged parts. At this time, if the old and bad steering wheel faults have not been eliminated, check and adjust the front wheel alignment.
