Operating principle of flow valve control valve
There is a metering hole between the oil outlet port and the oil outlet chamber of the pump. When the oil flows through the metering hole at a certain speed from the oil outlet chamber, due to the throttling effect of the metering hole, the pressure at the outlet port on the outside of the metering hole is lower than the pressure in the oil outlet chamber on the inside of the metering hole. If the flow rate of the oil pump is large, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the metering hole is large. When the oil pump is not working, under the action of the flow control valve spring, the slide valve is in the rear limit position to cover the oil outlet hole of the pump, When the oil pressure in the oil outlet hole after the oil pump operates is greater than the tension of the control valve spring, it will push the flow pressure control valve body forward and leave the pump oil outlet hole. The oil in the oil outlet cavity of the oil pump flows out of the oil pump through this hole.
