Power Steering Pump with Quality Assured

Operating principle of power steering:
The power Steering System includes a Steering Pump, a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic control valve. When the driver turns the steering wheel, the steering pump draws hydraulic oil from the tank and directs it to the hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic oil pressure moves the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to the left or right, causing the wheels to turn.
The hydraulic control valve controls the flow and direction of hydraulic oil based on the pressure that is transmitted from the steering pump. If the steering wheel is steered at a small angle, there is not much hydraulic oil pressure required, and the hydraulic control valve directs hydraulic oil to an oil reservoir located next to the hydraulic cylinder. If the steering angle is large, the hydraulic control valve directs hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder, allowing it to apply greater force.
The advantage of this system is that it can help drivers drive their vehicles more easily, especially when handling heavy vehicles and in heavy urban traffic. It can also provide a more stable and safe driving experience because it can reduce the amount of power required by the driver, especially when driving at low speeds and turning.
