Kakusi Supplies Products to Tesla Model Y

In January 2026, Carcoustics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Del Group, will begin supplying thermal and noise-reduction components for the Model Y to Tesla’s European manufacturing facility from its plant in Wrocław, Poland.

Prior to this, KACO’s North American facilities had already collaborated with Tesla on several occasions, with their products serving Tesla’s major vehicle models. In December 2023 and February 2025, the San Miguel plant in Mexico supplied sound- and heat-insulating components for the Tesla Cybertruck and Model Y, respectively; and in February 2025, the Buford plant in the United States provided sound- and heat-insulating materials for the dashboard and motor compartment of the new Model Y.
