On September 10, 2025, Hao Peng, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, visited Fuxin City to conduct a research trip. During his visit, he paid a special focus on inspecting Deli Shares’ production base in Fuxin, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s achievements in technological innovation and intelligent manufacturing.

Accompanied by Li Yi, Chairman of Deli Shares, Hao Peng visited several core production areas, including the electric pump and motor production line and the hydraulic retarder product line, to gain firsthand insights into the company’s new product R&D and production processes. During the visit, Li Yi provided a detailed introduction to the company’s breakthroughs in technological R&D and product iteration. Specifically, in the electric pump manufacturing process, Deli Shares has introduced advanced automation technologies, integrated international R&D resources, and leveraged its independently mastered brushless DC motor and electronic control technologies to successfully develop and mass-produce multiple series of electric pumps. These products can flexibly meet diverse customer needs and provide integrated solutions for automakers. They are widely used in both conventional internal combustion engine vehicles and new-energy vehicles, performing critical functions such as power steering assistance, gear-shifting clutch control, start-stop management, cooling circulation, and lubrication support—thus providing crucial support for safe and efficient vehicle operation.

Meanwhile, Deli Shares has also achieved remarkable results in the commercial vehicle supporting sector. Its independently developed hydraulic retarder has now entered large-scale mass production. This product not only significantly enhances the stability, ride comfort, and fuel efficiency of commercial vehicles during operation, but also effectively reduces the incidence of accidents caused by brake failure by optimizing the performance of the braking system. Moreover, during operation, the product helps reduce dust emissions, offering environmental benefits that align with the trend toward green transportation.
