Recently, the company has carried out intelligent upgrades to its production and operational systems by adding new automated production lines and introducing an intelligent AGV system.

01 New automated production line goes into operation: Robotic arms become the mainstay of production.

In the assembly workshop of Deli Shares’ Fuxin plant, a newly added fully automated production line features robotic arms that have replaced human workers in performing key processes such as transfer, welding, and assembly.

Today, as you step into this workshop, the former manual workstations have been replaced by “tireless” robotic arms. These arms, much like “precision surgeons,” flawlessly execute multiple critical processes. With swift, fluid motions—moving up and down—they perform a series of standardized operations: precisely gripping parts, aligning connectors with pinpoint accuracy, and tightening screws to secure them. The entire sequence of actions flows seamlessly, and operational errors are strictly controlled within mere millimeters.

Equipped with “sharp eyes,” the inspection equipment automatically tests each assembled component, promptly detecting even the slightest defects. Compared to manual inspection, which is both eye-straining and prone to missed defects, this automated system delivers precise inspections, saving time and effort while boosting production efficiency.

In addition, the shop-floor-level MES system seamlessly integrates with equipment PLCs, barcode scanners, and other terminals, collecting production data from each workstation in real time and accurately recording information throughout the entire process. This completely eliminates errors and delays associated with manual data entry, ensuring that data across the entire production chain is “visible, traceable, and controllable.”

02 Intelligent AGVs: Bridging the “Key Link” in Production and Logistics Automation

While advancing automation on the production side, Del Shares is also focusing on the intelligent upgrading of its production and logistics processes. The company has introduced an intelligent AGV system that boasts industry-leading capabilities. This system features highly efficient and precise automated operations; it can automatically assign AGV tasks based on the company’s production order requirements, material inventory levels, and the real-time status of each workstation, optimizing transportation routes to ensure that materials are delivered promptly and accurately to their designated locations, thereby making the rhythm of production and logistics smoother and more orderly.

Meanwhile, through the visual management platform, managers can monitor in real time the operational status of AGVs, material flow data, and overall production progress, providing robust data support for production decision-making.
