DARE AUTO is a professional designer and manufacturer of automatic transmission electric oil pump located in Fuxin, Liaoning, China, and its pumps are used by automotive and transmission customers. The electric oil pump is integrated with oil pump, electric motor, electric controller and software. DARE has the capability to design all the components of electric oil pump with its internal engineering teams. DARE can simulate the effectiveness of different design proposal and verify the performance and reliability by lots of tests to ensure the robustness of the design.
The dual electric oil pump FDB210A1 is composed with 2 pumps, driven by 1 motor, can operate according to instructions from ECU and supply oil as needed, achieving a significant reduction in energy consumption.
This electric oil pump is designed for Dedicated Hybrid Transmission, with the function of gear shifting and energy storage for pump 1, cooling for pump 2. Working voltage is 12V, maximium working pressure is 60bar for pump 1 and 3bar for pump 2, flow rate is 20L/min, working temperature is between -30 ~ 115℃, CAN, PWM, LIN is optional.
