Working Principle of the Pump
As shown in the figure below, the drive wheel drives the rotor to rotate, causing the blades to open under the action of centrifugal force, forming a working chamber with the stator, rotor, and oil distribution plate. When the rotor and blades rotate from the small arc area of the stator to the large arc area, the volume between the two blades increases and the pressure decreases. Oil is drawn in through the oil inlet of the oil distribution plate; when moving from the large arc area to the small arc area, the volume between the two blades decreases and the pressure increases. Oil is discharged through the oil outlet of the pressure plate. The discharged high-pressure oil enters the steering gear through the steering oil pipe, assisting in steering.
