Electric Hydraulic Power Steering Pump
The electric Hydraulic Power Steering Pump assembly includes a motor and a controller, and also includes a drive bracket that includes a copper conductor and an outer insulating sleeve wrapped around the copper conductor. The copper conductor has a first copper sheet connected to the motor stator of the motor and a second copper sheet connected to the controller, and the first and second copper sheets extend out of the outer insulating sleeve. The electric hydraulic Power Steering Pump assembly of the invention is used to connect the motor and controller by installing a drive bracket connected to the motor stator and controller, instead of traditional wiring harnesses. The drive bracket is composed of copper conductors with good electrical conductivity and an outer insulating sleeve, which has the advantages of not being prone to aging and not prone to short circuits, ensuring the reliability and safety of the connection between the motor and the controller.
Critical parametersFunction Power steering Vehicle application SUV, pick-up, MPV Pump model External gearing pump Motor model Brushless DC motor Max. output flow 11L/min Max. working pressure 12MPa Motor working voltage 12V Motor peak power 1000W Working ambient temp. -40℃~+125℃ Electric input parameters Enable, speed, steering angle Protection grade IP6K9K Communication mode CAN The electric hydraulic power Steering System (EHPS) is a traditional hydraulic power steering system without engine power driving. It is an ideal power source for automobile steering system. It combines the characteristics of traditional hydraulic steering as well as the advantages of energy conservation and emission reduction.
EHPS pump is powered by a brushless DC motor and a control unit (ECU). Motor speed is controlled by vehicle CAN bus with signals of vehicle speed and steering wheel speed. When power is not needed, the controller controls the motor to the lowest energy consumption speed, thus greatly saving engine fuel consumption and reducing CO2 emissions.
