1) Structural composition

2) Working process of hydraulic power steering system
·When the driver turns the steering wheel counterclockwise, the steering rocker arm will pull the steering straight rod forward.
·Mechanical steering is achieved by the pulling force of the steering straight link, at which point the vehicle will turn left
·At the same time, the steering straight rod also drives the slide valve in the steering control valve to move, causing the right chamber of the steering power cylinder to connect to the oil outlet of the steering oil pump. The right chamber is connected to the steering oil tank through the steering control valve, and the right hydraulic force received by the piston of the steering power cylinder also acts on the steering tie rod through its push rod. Due to the large hydraulic force, the driver's control force is greatly reduced.
