The steering pump consists of a vane pump manufactured in strict accordance with the principles of QC/T299.2 -, a fully enclosed self cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor, and other insulation mechanisms. The main power supply on the vehicle provides power to the permanent magnet synchronous motor through a DC-AC converter.

    The electric Hydraulic Power Steering Pump assembly (hereinafter referred to as the "Steering Pump") is the steering power source for pure electric logistics vehicles, buses, and hybrid buses, providing reliable steering assistance for vehicles, and is the core component of the Steering System. The steering pump consists of a vane pump manufactured in strict accordance with the principles of QC/T299.2 -, a fully enclosed self cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor, and other insulation mechanisms. The main power supply on the vehicle provides power to the permanent magnet synchronous motor through a DC-AC converter. After the circuit is connected, the drive motor operates at a constant rotational speed, which in turn enables the hydraulic pump driven by the motor to provide stable flow to the assist cylinder, ensuring the steering assistance demand at any time. The overall protection level of IP67, minimum volume and weight, excellent noise performance, and stable and reliable performance make our steering pump popular with customers and host manufacturers.
