DARE AUTO participates in the "New Apprenticeship System for Enterprises" training course exhibition activity

On July 9th, the Second Vocational and Technical School of Fuxin City held a training course exhibition for the new apprenticeship system in enterprises. The main leaders of the Fuxin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Employment Service Center, Fuxin Education Bureau, and Dare Auto attended the event.

Under the active deployment and careful guidance of the Employment Service Center in Fuxin City, Dare Auto has launched a new apprenticeship training program for the enterprise since September last year. Up to now, more than 300 employees have received training in various professions and levels, including lathe workers, electricians, grinders, and fitters. With the continuous promotion of the training program, it has received good feedback within the enterprise. This new apprenticeship training focuses on frontline skilled employees in enterprises, with the core of improving their vocational skills and implementing school enterprise cooperation.

Dare Auto will fully utilize the opportunity of this new apprenticeship training and work together with Fuxin Second Vocational and Technical School to fully implement this training task.
