Figure 1 shows an involute internal meshing Gear Pump with a crescent shaped partition, with a pressure angle of 20-30 degrees for the involute tooth shape. The center of the driving outer gear and the driven inner gear is arranged eccentrically. Due to the difference in the number of teeth between the driving gear and the driven gear being greater than 2, there is a one-month tooth shaped partition between the oil suction port and the oil outlet port, forming a seal for the high-pressure and low-pressure chambers. The output flow of the Lubrication Oil Pump depends on the pitch diameter and tooth width of the gear. For a given pitch diameter oil pump, the smaller the number of teeth, the greater the output flow.
