On June 28th, as we walked into the production workshop of Fuxin Dare Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., we were greeted by a busy production volume. According to Gao Guoqing, the general manager of Dare Auto, the "smart" manufacturing of technology has enabled enterprises to flourish and have full confidence. Dare Auto is constantly moving towards the high-end of the automotive parts industry chain, based in Fuxin and expanding globally.

Dare Auto was established in Fuxin in 2004 and started by manufacturing hydraulic steering pumps for automobiles. Its products once held a 35% market share in China. However, with the iteration and updating of technology in the automotive industry, hydraulic steering pumps are gradually being replaced by electronic power systems. Dare Auto is keenly aware that it cannot rely on a single product in its development process. "The technology has been updated, and if we don't make a decisive transformation, we will lose the entire market," said Gao Guoqing.

In recent years, Dare Auto has continuously accumulated new technological advantages, followed the trend of new energy development in the industry, and introduced a large number of automated production and testing equipment with foreign technological concepts, providing platform based, integrated, and systematic solutions for the automotive industry. During the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics, Toyota's racing service bus equipped with Deloitte Electric Hydraulic Power Steering System made an impressive debut. The steering system provided for the Winter Olympics buses adopts a dual pump redundant design. When a single pump is not working, another pump can independently support the entire system, providing "dual safety" for steering assistance, ensuring safe and stable operation of the vehicle in cold environments.

When it comes to Dare Auto's investment in technological innovation, Gao Guoqing said, "The company invests a certain amount of funds every year in the selection and development of products and processes. We regularly review our technological advantages, analyze which types of products these technologies can combine to produce, and which new fields can be entered. The company's product sales are increasing, and in the coming years, our product line will become more diverse."

In Gao Guoqing's view, in addition to product quality, the determination to "intelligently" manufacture technology and the ambition to go global are important foundations for enterprises to continuously enhance their competitiveness in the international market. "Technology 'smart manufacturing' has been a steadfast development path for enterprises for many years. Mechanized and brainless processing and manufacturing, the ultimate fate is to be eliminated from the market.
